I am Fe, one of the migrant workers here in HK. I love reading, writing, dancing and listening to melodious songs. And I find it quite perfect, that these interests of mine caters my bedroom where I am now, only if I make some transformations and doing a bit of renovations on it. Then I decided to make room transformation. The area is quite enough since it is more than 50 sq. ft. So I’ve told the laborers to make a cute and eye catching book shelves, so that I will be more motivated to read. They also made small table, enough for me to write and read at night before bedtimes. On the table, they put a dim lamp shade to help my vision better while reading my books. Near the bookshelf is my stereo that I can use to dance if I like to. I can also use to listen melodious songs while I am at the mood of writing. Since it is the part of our house where wifi connection is very strong, I can chat my family and friends without any interruptions with the signal, and I can do zoom workshops and seminars too. They painted the room with white and finishing touch with cream color. They designed the ceiling with the beautiful pictures of our galaxy with illuminating lights, so that while I was at my bed lying and ready to sleep, I can see these designs and I am imagining that I am at the outer space too, happily playing with those beautiful stars till it leads me to my sound sleep.
